Our goal at T3 Real Estate is to expand beyond the local community and take on the WORLD. As part of our commitment to growth, we've launched the Get Outta Town Client Referral Giveaway competition to generate leads and strengthen our relationships with past and future clients. This initiative not only fosters a sense of community, but also aligns with our values of family, relationships, and exploration. By bringing your loved ones into the T3 family, we can all grow stronger together. We plan to make this an annual tradition to continue expanding and taking on new challenges. Can referrals be outside of Georgia?Yes.

Are new leads eligible to win?No, this contest counts the leads that previous clients refer to T3 Real Estate. Each referral once qualified, counts as an entry for the client, not the lead.

I have not worked with you as my realtor, can I still refer participants?Yes, however you will not be eligible to win.

How are leads counted?For a new lead to be qualified, an appointment will need to be confirmed as well as fully executed. Appointments can be virtual or in-person and can be booked here.

When will the winner be announced?The winner will be announced at our annual client appreciation party, set to take place in August of 2023.

Will I get to choose my own destination?A destination will be selected primarily using Interactive weekly polls via our Instagram account, @t3.realestate.

When will the competition end?The competition will end October 2023. This means that all appointments need to be completed by this date. If the appointment is scheduled for a date later than this date, it will not count as an entry.

Does my lead have to close on their sale to qualify!No, as long as they have completed the initial call or meeting with us, they are a considered a qualified lead for your entry.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.

Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
